Fall Arrest Safety equipment Training (FASET) is the trade association and training body for the safety net rigging and fall arrest industry. The CSCS Safety Net Rigger card provides evidence that an operative has undergone extensive training and assessment in the proficiency of fall arrest safety equipment training and has achieved the required industry standard. FASET has been growing in membership as companies begin to recognise the benefits of being associated with the high standards represented by the body. All undergo a rigorous audit to ensure management systems are in place, operatives are suitably qualified and standards of work are in line with FASET expectations. FASET courses are written and agreed by leading organisations within the industry. This ensures the best possible syllabus is available, covering a broad range of topics to maximise the level of information available to delegates. Tests and assessments form part of every course, prior to issue of a CSCS Safety Net Rigger proof of competence card. Training is provided only by FASET approved training and assessment centres. Each of centres has been vetted for performance in delivering high levels of training which are suitable and appropriate for the safety net rigging industry.
